MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL SESSION OF COUNCIL
November 29, 2006

Council President Glen Stewart called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.

ROLL CALL

EXECUTIVE SESSION

The purpose of the executive session was to begin the selection process of identifying the person to be the next Clerk of Council.
No business was conducted beyond calling to order, going into executive session, reconvening special session and then adjourning the meeting.

Moved by Detrow and seconded by Valentine W1 to move to executive session for the purpose of considering the appointment of the next Clerk of Council.
Ayes: Valentine W1, Valentine W2, Detrow, Wertz, Stewart

Moved by Valentine W2 and seconded by Valentine W1 to return to the special session.
Ayes: Valentine W1, Valentine W2, Detrow, Wertz, Stewart

ADJOURNMENT

Moved by Detrow and seconded by Wertz to adjourn the special session.
Ayes: Valentine W1, Valentine W2, Detrow, Wertz, Stewart

       Council adjourned at 8:47 p.m.
