Council President Paul Wertz called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.

PURPOSE:  Executive Session- To consider the appointment of a public official.

Motion to move to Executive Session, by Ruth Detrow, seconded by Robert M. Valentine W2.
Ayes: Robert L. Valentine W1, Robert M. Valentine W2, Ruth Detrow, Paul Wertz.


Moved by Ruth Detrow and seconded by Robert L.Valentine W1 to return to Special Session.
Ayes:  Robert L. Valentine W1, Robert M. Valentine W2, Ruth Detrow, Paul Wertz.

Moved by Robert L. Valentine W1 and seconded by Ruth Detrow to adjourn
