MINUTES FOR THE SPECIAL SESSION OF COUNCIL

In the absence of a Council President due to Greg Gorrell leaving his residence in the Second Ward, Mayor Strine called the meeting to order at 10:30 a.m.
ROLL CALL
Ward 1: Bob Valentine Present
Ward 2: Position unfilled
Ward 3: Ruth Detrow Present
Ward 4: Paul Wertz Present
At-large: Glen Stewart Present
Purpose: Consideration of a personnel matter (appointment of an public official, as noted by Law Director Richard P. Wolfe II at a later time)
Moved by Stewart and seconded by Detrow to move into executive session for the purpose of a personnel matter.
Ayes: Valentine, Detrow, Wertz, Stewart
Moved by Wertz and seconded by Stewart to reconvene the special session.
Ayes: Valentine, Detrow, Wertz, Stewart
There was neither action taken nor announcement made as a result of the executive session.
Moved by Wertz and seconded by Valentine to adjourn the special session.
Ayes: Valentine, Detrow, Wertz, Stewart
