Meters & Water Lines

All residential, industrial, and commercial meters are scheduled to be read monthly and bills are based on actual use for each month. Occasionally, situations arise when an estimated amount will be billed which is based on the customer's past averages. Adjustments will be made the following month.

Water lines and residential meters within the City of Ashland are maintained by our trained maintenance and repair crew.
