Eastlake Drive Culvert Replacement

This project involves the replacement of a multiple barrel culvert with a precast concrete box culvert at Eastlake Drive.  Bid advertisement is scheduled for early spring with an anticipated construction start date of late Summer.

Claremont Avenue/Baney Road Traffic Signal Replacement

This project involves the replacement of the existing traffic signal at the Claremont Avenue and Baney Road intersection.  The new traffic signal will include new signal poles, mast arms, LED vehicular and pedestrian fixtures, video detection, emergency vehicle preemption, and signage.  This project is being funded through an Ohio Public Works Commission Grant.

Claremont Avenue/College Avenue/King Road Traffic Signal Replacement

This project involves the replacement of the existing traffic signal at the Claremont Avenue, College Avenue and King Road intersection. The new traffic signal will include new signal poles, mast arms, LED vehicular and pedestrian fixtures, video detection, emergency vehicle preemption, street lighting, and signage.  This project is being funded via an Ohio Public Works Commission Grant.

East Main Street (US-250) Urban Paving Project

This project involves pavement rehabilitation of East Main Street (US-250) from Sugarbush Drive to the eastern corporation limit at the I-71 interchange.  The remainder of US-250 will also be rehabilitated to the Wayne County border.  The project is being administered by the Ohio Department of Transportation, District 3 and is schedule to start construction this spring.

Franklin Avenue Storm Sewer Extension Project

This project involves the installation of storm sewers and catch basins along Franklin Avenue.  Construction in scheduled to start in late May.  Franklin Avenue will be open to local traffic and the Contractor will work with property owners to maintain access to their properties.  We apologize for any inconveniences the construction activity may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our storm water collection system.

Ronald Avenue Storm Sewer Extension Project

This project involves the installation of storm sewers and catch basins along Ronald Avenue.  Construction in scheduled to start in June.  Ronald Avenue will be open to local traffic and the Contractor will work with property owners to maintain access to their properties.  We apologize for any inconveniences the construction activity may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to improve our storm water collection system.

Upland Drive Waterline Extension Project

This project involves the installation of a new water distribution main along Upland Drive.  The new waterline will improve water distribution and fire flows to the area.  As a part of the project, new service lines and curb valves and boxes will be provided for residents along Upland Drive.  The property owner would be responsible to replace any service lines located on private property, at their discretion.  The project is scheduled to begin in early June.
