Please understand that Pavilion rentals are on a first-come/first serve basis. The Parks Department makes every effort to provide a clean facility and requests that the facility be left as clean as you found it.Payment is due in the Park office within one week of placing your reservation.The Park office is located at 310 W 12th Street, and is open from 8-4 weekdays.

A charcoal event grill is available with your pavilion rental on a first come/first serve basis for an additional $10 charge. The user provides charcoal and any utensils needed. The Parks crew will set up the grill and then remove it after the pavilion reservation is complete.
