Ashland Municipal Court is a statutorily established municipal court.
- Territorial Jurisdiction - Ashland Municipal Court is a municipal court with county wide jurisdiction.
- Criminal Jurisdiction - Misdemeanors only.
- Civil Monetary Jurisdiction - Civil lawsuits up to $15,000 and Small Claims lawsuits up to $3,000.
