Weather Policy
Safety First: Pool Regulations for Thunderstorms and Pool Closure
At our pool, the safety and well-being of our patrons are of paramount importance. In the event of thunder or lightning, we have strict guidelines in place to ensure everyone's protection.
When lightning is seen or thunder is heard, the pool will be immediately cleared for a mandatory 30-minute rest period. This rest period will restart with each recurrence of thunder or lightning.
These precautions are taken to mitigate the potential risks associated with severe weather conditions.
In cases where thunderstorms persist, our diligent pool manager will make the decision to close the pool entirely.
This decision is made to safeguard the welfare of our valued guests.
Please note that due to the nature of these circumstances, refunds for pool admission cannot be provided. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as safety remains our utmost priority.
In addition, the pool management reserves the right to close the pool under certain circumstances. These circumstances include:
Customer attendance falling below a minimum threshold of 15 people.
Weather conditions posing a threat to the safety of our patrons.
Unfavorable weather conditions deemed unsuitable for swimming.
These measures are in place to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Brookside Pool: Pass Information and Membership Guidelines
Experience unlimited access to all open swim events at Brookside Pool with our convenient passes. Please note that special events, such as Night Swim, are not included with the regular pass purchase.
Family Membership Passes are defined by the inclusion of IMMEDIATE FAMILY MEMBERS ONLY. To qualify as an immediate family member, the individual must be claimed as a federal tax exemption. Friends, guests, visitors, other relatives, or individuals cannot be included on or admitted with your individual or family membership pass.
